Happy Piasso was born in 1972 in Socorro, New Mexico and raised in Alamo. She is Navajo and learned the art of silversmithing from her husband Rudy Willie in 1994. This piece is signed by Happy and features rare, lavender turquoise from the Altyn-Tyube mine in Kazakhstan, also known as the Golden Hill mine.
