Elvira is full blooded Navajo from Twin Lakes, New Mexico. She is the youngest of three children. Her father is Emerson Bill and mother is Nora Tahe-Bill. They both influenced and taught her the art of stamping, silversmithing and repousse.
Elvira has one daughter age 6 named Pursha. She spent 6 years serving our country in the US Army as an OR technician. She was based in Fort Carson, Colorado. When she returned to the reservation, she resumed her love of her heritage and the art of making jewelry.
In her spare time, Elvira enjoys playing basketball and running. She is a kind and soft hearted woman that puts her daughter before everything. Her focus is to be able to give her daughter a great education.
