This incredible squash style necklace was hand made by Hopi artist Stephen Hyson Naseyoma. Created using the traditional Hopi overlay technique wherein design are hand cut in one sheet of sterling silver which is then laid atop a second sheet. The background is then textured and oxidized. It is strung on two strands of hand made sterling silver beads. Signed with the artists hallmark. This necklace has not been recently cleaned as many collectors prefer the old pawn patina.

Size: Inner strand of this necklace is 31" in length. Center Pendant is 2 1/2" long, 1 5/8" wide.
