PuebloDirect.com is committed to making our website usable for everyone, including people with disabilities. We want every customer to be able to browse our collection of authentic Native American jewelry and make a purchase with ease.
Our goal
We are working to align our website with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. This is an ongoing effort, and we review and improve our site regularly.
What we are doing

- Improving color contrast, headings, link text, and keyboard navigation
- Adding descriptive alternative text to product images
- Offering an accessibility tool on our site that lets visitors adjust contrast, text size, and reading aids
- Considering accessibility when we add new pages, features, and third-party tools
Known limitations
Some parts of our site may not yet be fully accessible. Because most of our pieces are one-of-a-kind, we add new product listings and photos often, and we work to keep image descriptions complete and accurate as inventory changes. Some content and features are provided by third-party services that we do not fully control, such as checkout and payment processing.
