This stunning necklace has bright blue Kingman turquoise stones set in a sterling silver squash blossom design. The Kingman turquoise mine, operated by the Colbaugh family in Arizona, is the last remaining commercially producing mine in the United States. Evidence suggests turquoise was mined in the surrounding areas dating as far back as 600 AD. This necklace comes with matching earrings. Signed and marked sterling by the Navajo artist, Linda Yazzie.
Materials: Sterling Silver and Kingman Turquoise
Size: Inner strand of this necklace is 24" long and the center naja pendant hangs an additional 2 3/8" long and 2 5/8" wide. It has a hook and eye clasp.
Earrings are post type, 1 1/4" long, 3/4" wide.
